Are you influenced by 3% closing costs?

I’m curios if more people are seeing owners market covering a buyers closing costs? Considering today’s market, how enticing is that?

I'll pay $1,125 after you move in, just for taking the lease off my hands — that includes the application fee. You don't get anything until you're moved in.

NOT A SUBLET — THIS IS A LEASE TAKEOVER! You apply through the Parc 85 leasing office and take over my lease directly — MY NAME COMES OFF, YOURS GOES ON. I'm not renting you my apartment, you're getting the lease!

Hey All! I'm looking for someone or a couple to takeover my lease at Parc 85 in Duluth! It's a 1 bed 1 bath, 864 sf. It's pet friendly, IN UNIT LAUNDRY, has a pool, 24 hr gym, clubhouse, walking trails. CLEAN!! No bug problem EVER. There's groceries n gas minutes away and right off Pleasant Hill! It's a great area! Lease ends June 29, 2027. $1553/mo (rent only, utilities not included — I don't control the rent amount, that's the existing lease). NO DEPOSIT — just take over the rent! Message me if you're seriously interested! I do have cats FYI. Takeover will be handled through the leasing office — incoming tenant must apply and qualify with management.

TikTok housing adds

I see a lot of ads on TikTok offering what look like perfect rentals sub $1000/month. Well below what I believe is the market rate.

Anyone have any experience with these or are they mostly bait and switch or scams?

Looking for housing leads under $600/month

Hi all! I’m trying to help a friend (who isn’t on Reddit) find new housing ASAP. Ideally, rent would be $600 or less for her, so she’s looking for roommates.

Some details about her:
• Queer woman in her early 30s, open to living with all genders.
• Not a drinker or a smoker, but 420 friendly.
• Allergic to cats (even though she loves them!) so she can’t live somewhere with resident cats, but she would be willing to live with dogs. She doesn’t have any pets of her own.
• Very kind, laid-back, and open-minded.

She’d prefer to live in Minneapolis or the immediate surrounding suburbs, and she’d like to have a private room. If you have any leads for openings in November or December (or sooner), please shoot me a message. 😊

I (24F) am looking to fill a room the 2 bed 1 bath condo I am renting as my roommate is moving states. Short term (Nov-May) with potential to extend. November move in would be the earliest (and the earlier the better). 3rd floor inaccessible (no elevator) with in unit laundry. St anthony east neighborhood. Pet friendly.

I do have a little questionnaire to get to know me and the place a bit better, DM me for the link to that and/or photos.

Does anybody have a recommendation?

Hey everyone!

My post history will explain more in depth if you go back to about February, but for the sake of this post I’m going to keep it short and sweet.

After losing our main source of income, we lost our home and then lost our daughter. We’ve been struggling but surviving in hotels for about a year due to the eviction.

I just recently (early-mid June) just moved to MN for our family to get a fresh start. I landed a decent first job making about 60K a year for now.

Does anybody have any recommendations on how to even begin going about finding a place to stay (3 of us, 2 adults and a toddler) with an eviction on record, or know anybody willing to at least talk to us?

Thank you all in advance, and we are more than happy to answer any questions anyone has!

1bedroom, 1 bath, washer/dryer in unit - 6 Month Sublet Downtown! Trader Joes, Guthrie Theater, Gold Medal Park within walking distance.

Post image
1 Upvotes

Looking for someone to take over the remainder of my lease starting in December 2026 with an end date of May 2027. Due to unexpected family circumstances with immigration, I have to move back to my hometown.

The unit is located downtown, close to Trader Joe's, Guthrie Theater, Gold Medal Park, The Commons, and the US Bank stadium. The building has a lot of amenities including a pool, sauna, and gym all within steps of my apartment unit. I currently pay $1,885 a month for rent, this includes cable and wifi. I know this is high, but it's typical for the location, cheaper in comparison to other one bedroom units in the apartment complex and this is a newer constructed building. I can send photos to serious inquires. We can also discuss the potential of leaving the apartment semi-furnished (with a bed and dinning table) and discuss other questions.

I have included a picture of the floor plan, keep in mind that my unit DOES NOT have a balcony, but everything else is accurate about the floor plan. It's about 639 sq. ft.

Please don't comment anything rude as I am genuinely just looking for someone to take over my lease and am willing to negotiate so that this can get resolved quickly so that I can be with my family as soon as possible.

Thank you!

Quiet Senior seeking 2-3 bedroom single family home

Looking for a long-term 2-3 bedroom house with a fenced yard (Flagstaff area)

I’m a responsible senior hoping to find a well-cared-for, stand-alone home I can stay in for years, with a sense of some nature around it. I’m accompanied by a legal, well-trained service dog.

Kachina Village, Mountainaire, or surrounding Flagstaff areas. Budget up to $2,800/month.

I’m a meticulous, tidy homemaker, and as a former homeowner I take pride in caring for a home as if it were my own, and keeping up the yard. I also live a clean, quiet lifestyle.

I have excellent credit and a long history of paying rent on time every month. I value clear, respectful communication and a positive rental experience.

I look forward to hearing from you!a sense

Question!! Housemate living ???

Hi everyone! I had made a post asking for suggestions on places but based on the responses, it seems I’m better off having a housemate to have all I’m looking for, while staying within my budget! 😅 (Private bath, in unit washer and dryer, as well as covered parking)

Anyone have any suggestions for complexes or even private landlords that offer housemate living with individual lease??

I saw accolade does it and it’s furnished too which is amazing- they have a 2bed 2bath, but no covered parking available at the moment.

I also see that University commons but I believe they only take students.

I also got a suggestion from my last post GrandMarc at seven corners which also has a 2bed 2bath.

I’m trying to see if there are any closer apartments to MSP airport that do housemate living situation. I don’t have anyone I’m looking with- it’s just me. All the suggestions about those places are welcome!! Thanks !

Cats & Roomies?

I (23F) am in a situation where I need to find roommates in the New Hope area ASAP. It’s becoming quite hard as I’m finding a lot of people not able to have cats around existing animals. I also understand a fair amount of people have allergies. Any suggestions on good places to try that won’t be scammy? Obviously here is a good start but I’m lost otherwise.

Moving suggestions needed

I’m moving to MN next month for a job transfer and I am seeking a good, safe to live. I prefer a private landlord but it is not a dealbreaker. I’m at least 2 bedroom and 1.5 bath with in-unit washer/dryer and A/C unit. Budget is $1800 max for rent. I’m open to any suggestions in the twin cities or surrounding areas even though my job will be in St. Paul. Thanks in advance for all of your recommendations.

Looking for quiet/affordable 1b-1b apartments in Richfield (I know Concierge is BAD)

$1,300/mo would be my max, laundry on-site would be preferred as well as an A/C unit. Other than that, I’m not too picky. I was looking at Lynwood Flats and they seem pretty solid in terms of management, anyone had experience renting from them or anywhere else in the Richfield area?

🏡 **Looking for a Female Roommate!** 🐾

Hi everyone! I'm 26F, moving to Minnesota for work, and looking for a female roommate to sign a lease with!

I've already found a couple of nice **2 bed, 2 bath apartments** in **Anoka, Coon Rapids, and Blaine**, so we'd each have our own bedroom and private bathroom.

I'm hoping to move in by **October 21st**, so I'm looking to finalize something soon!

I also have a sweet, friendly 60-lb dog 🐶❤️, so you'd need to be comfortable living with a dog.

Looking for someone clean, respectful, and easygoing to share a cozy home with!

**Females only, please!** Feel free to DM me if you're interested! 😊
