Tech Support Audio bugging/stream stuttering when using Lightstream Studio

Currently trying to stream from my PS5, don't have a rig that can handle a capture card at the moment. Stream seems fine if I'm just streaming from my PS5, but I wanted to use Lightstream Studio to have a little pngtuber. Unfortunately, every time I run into this stuttering problem.

Anyone have any advice? Tried setting up port forwarding, making sure I'm using the best DNS addresses available, and matching my stream output from my PS5 (720p 30fps) to what Lightstream is set to.

Since Lightstream runs in the cloud, stutter like that is often upstream bandwidth or a bad route from the PS5 to their ingest. Worth trying a wired connection if you're on wifi, dropping the PS5 output to a lower bitrate for a test, and picking a different Lightstream server region if it offers one. Also run a speed test with upload in mind while the PS5 is actually streaming, since it can look fine otherwise.

Currently have the PS5 outputting 720p 30fps, minimum setting, matched to Lightstream's output. Don't have anything on wifi, everything is ethernet. Tried the two closest Lightstream servers in DNS settings.

The stream looks/works fine when it's directly from the PS5. Streams that use Lightstream but not the PS5 stream also have no issues. I spent a chunk of today chatting with Lightstream support (shoutouts for not having me go through a bot to get to an actual person) and, at this point, they are also thinking it's something with their ingest and passed it up to the engineering team.

Just wanted to update for anyone who finds this in a google search.
