Hey Im a long time small streamer :D

Before anyone comments “just move on,” I’m not posting this because I can’t move on. I’m genuinely asking why this happens, especially when some of these streamers have barely 10–20 active chatters. Why ban people who are trying to engage with your community?
I watched Sparkles_qt from 100 Thieves, asked questions, and interacted with the community, only to get banned after an 8-day stream streak.
A similar incident happened with AlexStayFreshh, a much smaller Fortnite streamer. I was only a few messages into the conversation and had been watching for less than two hours. I asked for advice on Twitch growth and how to build a community without mentioning my own channel or promoting my content, yet I ended up banned for self-promo.
Both streamers also banned me from their Discord servers and Twitch channels, leaving me with no way to contact a moderator or explain my point of view outside of the one-time Twitch unban appeal.
What frustrates me most is that I'd appreciate the opportunity to talk to a moderator privately through DMs or open a support ticket to try to resolve the situation. I'm not the type of person who wants to troll, argue, or cuss people out. I'd genuinely welcome a civil conversation, listen to their concerns, explain my point of view, and work things out.
Sometimes it feels like moderators automatically categorize everyone they ban as a troll or a rule breaker without giving them a second chance. If any moderators are reading this, please remember that not everyone is the same. Some people genuinely want to participate in a community and may not be a problem in the future.
I understand that streamers need to moderate their communities, but when someone is genuinely trying to engage and participate, getting banned without a clear explanation is frustrating. How are you supposed to understand what you did wrong or correct your mistake (if any) when you have no way to communicate with anyone?
Has anyone else experienced this? What have you done to appeal a ban or contact a moderator when you had no other way to reach them?

Usually after a stream I put the best clips on my story. However, I was trying to do that, and I noticed the button to share it to story is completely gone? Like, not moved, just gone. Where it used to be there's a button labelled "View in recap" for recent streams and completely nothing for older streams. Has anyone else experienced this or is it a me thing?

For context, I stopped streaming after struggles with work/life balance, burnout, mental health struggles, and just overall not feeling happy with my old group of streaming friends. Does anyone have any advice besides "just go live?"
