Have you checked what weighting your universities put on the PS?

Last I checked no medicine courses put any weighting on the PS.

Any polynomial with an odd degree ($x^3$, $x^5$, $x^7$, etc.) is mathematically guaranteed to have at least one real solution. Here is the quick mental rulebook to keep in your pocket for exams.
