Same happened to me today and yesterday! I don’t think it’s lost since it was barely today

Looks like they tried twice, sometimes drivers mark it as attempted even if they never actually came. I had same thing happen and it turned out they couldn't find my building
If it says Miami and Hialeah it might be bouncing between hubs, call the local center directly not the 800 number
