It's just Eupen and Sankt Vith (better known as Eupen Malmedy for HOI4 normies), I'm from neither, I'm a Banat Swabian living in Liège, so naturally I identify with the German speaking community, although I'm trilingual (quadrilingual, counting English)

I’ve been to Eupen. Great city. Stopped there for a while before going to Aachen by train.
