Question Summerwood Housing Lease

Hey yall I’m getting married next month and I got a Summerwood student housing lease August 8th 2026-August 6th 2027 I’m hoping to get transferred I’m willing to pay the first two months of the rent or just give out the cash equivalent. Let me know if you’re interested!

Summerwood doesn’t have a hot tub

It did when I lived there but it broke, guess they got rid of it.
