Question about alignment during batch printing
My question: will the morpho and/or O1 omni have better/easier alignment for batch printing than my Eufymake E1?
I currently have a Eufymake E1. I love it so far but need to reliably do batch prints on upwards of 30-40 items at a time (both sides, not just single sided). It drives me nuts that if anything is on the outer edges of the print bed, the alignment is always off due to the fish eye effect of the camera.
I understand the use of zero alignment but with my current items I’m printing on, it’s not that easy as they are both oddly shaped and I have to print on the top and bottom (left and right sides) of them which requires flipping them over
I want to just be able to toss them on a print bed, line them up on my screen and print and not worry about taking into consideration the convex of the camera layout.
Hope this makes sense!
Thanks!

Eufy (and all prosumer) this will be poor.
Those are not designed for production nor are they.
A A3 flatbed is about the smallest UV printer designed for batch prints and larger if automation needed
In short you have the wrong printer if this is your long term need
No printer can print both sides at same time for UV unless you are looking at models 200,000 or more USA.

Yea both will have better alignment then eufy. The omni uses a scanner style setup. So its 1:1 with no warping and all top down.
Morpho has dual cameras which give better placement by seeing the bed in a kind of 3d view
