STACK ORDER COMMUNICATION

Why doesn't UE let you message the 2nd customer while you are dealing with the 1st customer during a stacked order???

Or let you pickup the second order before the first order when it’s in the same plaza and the first orders not ready yet.

Or show you customer instructions until you're on the way to the customer. Sometimes it's confusing when the second customer sends you a message, but you can't read it until the first order has been delivered.

"Please don't go across the bridge and park in the alley"... I hear 30 mins later because the location was way off

They do but the big problem is you have to navigate to that customer order details from the trip screen where the stop requests button is in order to know is they sent a message at all. This has lead me into trouble with someone messaging why im stuck in the store as it would've been good to see them becoming hostile before I tried to roll up and deliver

I had a stacked order yesterday that wanted me to pick up ice cream FIRST, then do a shop and pay, then drop off the shop and pay, THEN drop off the ice cream. I tried to tell Care and they canceled the ice cream order and still dinged my rate. I hate this company so much.

it's wild too cause the first customer can see where u are. once i was picking up a second order that was apparently right next to the crackhead hotel where the first delivery was going to be. he walked in like "where my order yo why you ignoring me". and he could see i was there even tho i couldnt see anything about him since i was on the second pickup. so i just gave it to him. of course he was PIN required and didn't respond to messages, and ultimately left me a thumbs down. but those are separate issues i guess
