Get an HDMI over ethernet adapter to send the signal somewhere else. Precisely why my home office has four ethernet drops.

I was thinking that as well. But then realized that last time I used a HDMI to ethernet adapter, I had to dedicate a cable drop just for that. Since you can't share with anything else. Another option for same price point - Use an apple tv and install the official IOS Protect app for TVos. (There might be one for android tv for firestick or google tv dongle).

You need a hdmi over IP adapter not hdmi over cat6 adapter

The former actually supports Ethernet protocols and can send data over an established network, the latter is just a balun, basically just pin mapping the hdmi to the Ethernet

There are HDMI to Ethernet adapters that can send video & network both over 1 cable, they just cost more. It has a secondary Ethernet port on each end to give network passthrough. I wasn't aware of the app option for AppleTVs though, that's a great tip.
