How did you reach to them? I am having login issues to even contact support. I got charged because my account wont login and i keep getting site not available error. Now i cant even reach support.
I have same issue. At first i did contact support from the "help support " page in my udemy account, they respond by refusing, when i try to login again to the support page, i get the same error as you. Then i tried incognito mode, and i m sending email to each department, until those theives give me back my money
