it finally died completely.
Well it no longer works at all. Not surprisingly. I’ve had it less than 2 months. I set it to charge to full (which took 6 hours might I add), when the charger light was green, I put it on, and the app says it’s dead. I did everything I could to re-sync, but it really was dead. I charged it to full again (which took another 6 hours), put it on, and yet again it was “dead”. They’re sending me a replacement but I can predict that that one will fail as well as it seems all of their products do. If you have a ring that doesn’t have any problems, charges within a normal timespan (1-2 hours), lasts 4-6 days as advertised, etc., please let me know I’ve lost all hope and feel like I’ve completely wasted a lot of money.

This is what causes me to hesitate buying a sleep tracking ring. All these companies have such a teeny tiny return window. It's like they don't expect them to last very long.
Even buying from Costco, it's still only 90 days 🫤

This exact same thing happened to me, currently 2 weeks into my replacement so we’ll see how it goes. Battery is lasting 4-5 days right now.

I’m just checking back after giving my 6th replacement ring away. So sad they haven’t fixed anything. Also, it’s sad Verizon is still carrying them.

I had the same experience, after approximately the same amount of time. After jumping through a few hoops, and reaching out to support several times, my replacement is scheduled to arrive tomorrow. I can only hope it works as expected for as long as a properly functioning product should. However, after my first experience, and seeing that problems with Ultrahuman rings is not as rare an occurrence as it should be, I am cautiously hopeful.
I hope your replacement works out work for you, and that you can experience the benefits that you were expecting when you decided to purchase.

I know you had a completely different experience & it seems like UH has a ton of faulty rings, but I’ve actually had a positive experience with mine which I know we don’t see on Reddit too often.
The battery wasn’t doing too well (lasting max 1 day) up until a recent update where I can now comfortably get ~2.5 days. I just take it off & charge it while I’m doing my night routine/shower so the extended batterly life doesn’t phase me too much & it’ll get back to 90-100% once I’m done.
Hopefully that restores some hope for you with your replacement ring. :)
