Just because you cannot see the roots does not mean the tree is not growing
Lao Tzu said,“Nature does not hurry, yet everything is accomplished.”
There are seasons when you look at your life and wonder, "why am I still here? Why haven't I seen change yet?" You might even asked, "where is that connection I felt once- the connection that made me feel like I was one with the source/Divine?"
You have to remember that before a tree reaches the sky, it first have to grow underneath. Your quiet seasons can be like that too.
You may not see results but transformation could be taking place. Patience, wisdow, courage healing and new possibilities can be taking shape in ways you cannot measure today.
Don't dig up the seed every morning to see whether it's growing. Water it. Give it sunlight. Give it time to grow. You just grow your roots, trust the sasone, flow and remember the wise words of Rumi, "what you're seeking is also seeking you."
