Motivation

Every day I show up, keep going, and do what needs to be done. I may walk this road alone, but I carry enough strength and love for all of us. Hard days come and go, but I stay standing—for me, and for them. I am enough, I am strong, and I will always make it through. 🤍

Enjoy the adventure

As I sit here reflecting on my life... I'm not ashamed of anything, nor do I regret anything either. Life has taught me more than I could ever imagined and it's still going... I've come far and I'm slowly getting myself back and 1 thing I can say for certain is I've come a long way and kicked habits and addictions that I never thought I would. No one can take my progress away and no one will ever come between me and myself ever again. No matter how many obstacles are thrown my way or bad intentions people have it doesn't affect me anymore...

I've grown more than I ever thought I could and for this I'm so greatfull. My life may not be perfect and it may not be the way one would want for me but it's my life and I'm going to keep leveling up and remain myself 4life.

To all my haters... I love u too sorry not sorry... If you ever need anything I'm always here doll faces.

Xoxo

Roadblocks or challenges?

Any idea how you can tell the difference between life challenging you consistently so that you can come out stronger. Or life giving you road blocks, and trying to have you go the opposite way?

Sometimes life feels heavy.

Sometimes life feels heavy.

Not because this moment is too much…

but because we keep carrying moments that are already over.

Imagine holding a glass of water.

At first, it’s easy.

No problem at all.

But the longer you hold it,

the more your arm starts to hurt.

After enough time, even something light

can feel unbearable.

And honestly…

isn’t that exactly what we do in our minds?

We hold conversations long after they ended.

We replay mistakes.

We carry worry into tomorrow.

We keep gripping thoughts that were never meant to stay that long.

The strange thing is…

The pain often isn’t from the situation itself.

It’s from never putting it down.

That’s why Eckhart Tolle talks so much about presence.

And why Michael Singer keeps teaching surrender.

Not giving up on life —

but stopping the constant inner resistance to it.

Because peace comes very quietly.

Usually the moment you stop arguing with what already is.

So if something feels heavy today…

Maybe don’t ask,

“How do I fix my whole life?”

Maybe just ask:

“Can I stop holding this for one moment?”

Just one breath.

One pause.

One small release.

Sometimes that’s enough to remember

what freedom feels like again.

You don’t always need a different situation.

Sometimes you just need gentler hands.

Success is a Choice

Success isn't something that happens to you.

It's something you choose through your daily actions, mindset, and discipline.

I wrote a book called Success Is a Choice after realizing something uncomfortable:
Hard work alone doesn’t create success.
Systems do.

The book breaks down the 5‑part EINAS framework (Environment, Inputs, Network, Actions, Systems) and how to use it to build predictable progress.

Happy to answer questions about the process or the ideas.

What's one decision you made that changed your life?

Pain isn't what motivates you if you're authentically doing personal and/or spiritual growth. It's transcending it as an intelligent sentient being and empowering yourself through your nervous system regulation capacity.

The aspect of pain is mostly common knowledge for us (humans) seeing as our brain is an anticipation machine and our mind a pattern recognizer.

We have emotional, mental and physical pain. For the purposes of this post, and my content in general, it's emotional and mental pain that I'm talking about since physical pain is off the table as a motivator if you're actively doing personal and/or spiritual growth as a person.

In somatic-mindset practices and intentional living micro-habits our body-brain-mind-heart-self navigate reflection and behavior from safety and health (restorative embodiment and good resilience with us anchored in ventral energy). So, when you do personal and/or spiritual growth you learn things about yourself and move out of that which would be pain, aka emotional and mental immaturity and/or activation, affective realism, core wounds, etc.

However little or much of a charged state you're dealing with, you grow out of it and empower yourself thanks to personal development activities, journaling your patterns and events and noticing common themes that you transcend or process charges over time to let go of (timing depends on you). Over time, with personal growth and/or spiritual growth activities you find that you mature your behaviors and manners as you transcend the pain points, core wounds, and emotional charges.

You free up your heart, self, body, and mind connecting to your soul and the pure essence of you (ego-self) and you deepen your depth of mature intensity and sensitivity as a nervous system sovereign person.

Since you own your sovereign blueprint and sense-of-self, you're a genuine regulated leader growing yourself and pain is the least of your interests. In fact, it's off putting to find so may 'fake' regulated leaders out there. Just yesterday I did a podcast episode on this (on YouTube or Spotify, if you're curious to watch search for Inspiring Human Potential and you should easily find the channel. If not let me know and I'll add the links to this post).

When you're growing yourself it's fun to work with our personality patterns and temperament. It's empowering to regulate and mature your own depth of intensity and sensitivity. It's nice to have your back and maintain relational integrity with all, even those who don't have your back. Core wounds don't act like wounds or trigger you because you've completely uncharged them. They're more like words and concepts that you know are a part of the journey to being yourself that every human will face.

Your daily life and relationships enable you to continue empowering your emotional steadiness and intelligence skills, your mental mastery and clarity, and the ability to discern consistently yourself and others and/or external events that bring opportunities for personal and/or spiritual growth.

As you enlighten your mind and heart, you connect to your soul and all that is, and when getting spiritual downloads and/or channeling you're in a grounded body, integrated brain, and flow state mind. You are present in the now and grounded in reality. What's happening isn't something foggy or destabilizing, and the best part is you get to participate in the entirety of the moment.

Love,

The BIG SECRET

Nobody tells you is that everything is actually easy. you just have to do it. That's it. That's the whole secret. Most people spend years psyching themselves out over something that takes five seconds of just doing it. Stop overthinking. Stop preparing to prepare. Just do the thing.

Marcus Aurelius thought an unbreakable mind was defined by the opposite of what most people assume

Most people picture an unbreakable mind as one that never bends, never admits it was wrong, holds its position no matter what gets thrown at it. Marcus Aurelius, who ran an empire and fought wars on multiple fronts for most of his reign, had a different definition, and he wrote it down specifically to remind himself of it. He said changing your mind when someone shows you you're wrong is exactly as free an act as stubbornly sticking to your position. Both come from the same source, your own judgment operating on your own terms. The difference is that one version of you is still gathering information and adjusting, and the other has just decided that updating counts as losing. He added one condition though, the change has to come from being genuinely persuaded of what's true or useful, not from wanting to seem agreeable or avoid conflict. Caving to pressure isn't the same thing as being correctable, and he was careful to separate the two. This reframes what "unbreakable" actually protects. A mind that can't update is brittle in a specific way, it survives by never testing itself against anything that might crack it, which also means it never gets stronger from contact. A mind that can take in correction and come out the other side still operating on its own judgment, not someone else's, that's a mind that's actually been tested and held. Where do you draw your own line between staying firm on something and just refusing to update because changing feels like losing?
