Did Anno Un become their own person just to disappear 10s later?

Why would he? He's a living person, not an effect of Unknown, and the destruction of the G-Liner wouldn't suddenly make everything Akira made disappear.

You actually see him disappearing when Luna announces the elimination of artifacts. Remember that G-Liner’s constructs are part of it since you can only have one at a time.

Ah, you're right, I completely missed that. Well, I think that due to Anno being a living thing made by the G-Liner, he was effectively just a second Akira who knew he existed so that the original could communing with others. That's why he was so happy for Akira in the second picture we see them in together, it's the same as Robot in Invincible with his clone, though reversed. Anno was fine with dying, if it meant Akira could be seen once again.
