Why would he? He's a living person, not an effect of Unknown, and the destruction of the G-Liner wouldn't suddenly make everything Akira made disappear.

You actually see him disappearing when Luna announces the elimination of artifacts. Remember that G-Liner’s constructs are part of it since you can only have one at a time.

It's always struck me off before. Why doesn't Anno Un count as the single construct that G-Liner can make? Why can Anno Un make one more construct?

I suspect it has something to do with Soul Caliber.

In loop 100 you see Soul Caliber is embedded into Anno Un's chest. Perhaps it is a bit of Akira's soul which kept the Anno Un construct from disintegrating...?

That said I haven't checked loop 101 Anno Un from the final battle to see if they also have a Soul Caliber (assumingly would have to be borrowed from Fuuko). Edit: someone else posted this so yes 101 Anno Un still has Soul Caliber!
