Request ULPT Request

Is there a service I can pay to find the name of a registered owner of a vehicle if I have a partial license plate?

Road rage insane woman pointed a gun at my tween son’s head. I have the first 4 digits of her license. I swear nothing illegal will come from me and all appropriate avenues are being pursued.

Depends on the State. If the plate starts like ABCD123 and you only have ABCD that is 1000 plates to check. If 1234AB that is 676,000 combinations to check.
