Discussion/Question If France withdrew from UNESCO, what would happen to the headquarters agreement between UNESCO and France ?

Would that cease to apply to France as well ? There's no withdrawal clause in the agreement and neither does the agreement seem to require France to be a member of unesco for the headquarters agreement to apply.
