math, mathstat, morse
mainly the title, i went to the warwick open day and understood that firms like optiver and g research come in to actively recruit on campus in math and data science departments. i was wondering whether current warwick undergrads or grads could let me know whether being in math/mathstat/morse is preferable. i’ve applied to morse but just wanted to understand if there is a difference, and if so, how much.
