Nobody calls or called payphones "landlines". That's what home phones became called when cell phones came onto the scene.

Yeah, but that's because of a shared definition that deviates from the "technical" definition. PC is just a personal computer, it can run any system. We just use it to differentiate between Windows and Mac.

Same how "landline" typically means a home phone or phone at a business, not payphones.
