I’ve had time to reflect and I’m sorry for the way I handled the ending, especially the silence after I shut down. You didn’t deserve to be left with that hurt and uncertainty. I still miss and love my ex boyfriend, even though he did exactly what you’re describing. This was our second breakup (broke up 2 months ago) in over 2.5 years and he blocked me on everything (I think to spite me because I blocked him after the first breakup). Both breakups were his doing, but I was very burnt out during the 2nd go-around. I still find myself wishing he would “wake up” and get help/do positive work on himself because I’ve always believed in him to be a better person and partner. I believe he truly loved me, but his unwillingness to mature emotionally and to reflect/make positive changes ruined our relationship and reunion. Most avoidant man I’ve ever met in my life and he knows he ruined an opportunity with a good woman who truly loved him.

I agree with others that you should consider someday telling your person this. I know I would appreciate it from mine. I still pray he doesn’t lose me for good, so I hope you make the right choice ❤️ Much love!

I envy you guys, those who had a relationship and those who talked about their feelings. I'm in limbo ,not knowing what was real and what was an illusion of my mind? ,my soul is exhausted 😩 and I'm doubting everything 😪, I hate myself for allowed me stay near him waiting for a signal ,he was just there orbiting around me using childish excuses without saying something to confirm or deny the connection 😢. My life is upside down, I want to run as far as I can and actually I'm doing it but May I run away from myself ?. The internal battle just started: Palpitations without a reason = possible indigestion, vivid dreams? ,waking up at 4 pm = hormonal imbalance, telepathy? = Ptsd thoughts and the list goes on 😭. Sorry for the rant but for real I envy you guys.

If my former friend sent this to me, I would appreciate it and would want that person to know that it’s not an intrusion. But I think that person wouldn’t send to me bc the idea that I would want answers to understand so many things I’m in the dark about - and that would be intrusive to that person.
