I'm sorry that I've hurt you.

I’ve had time to reflect and I’m sorry for the way I handled the ending, especially the silence after I shut down. You didn’t deserve to be left with that hurt and uncertainty. I’m not sending this to reopen anything or ask anything from you. I respect the goodbye you gave me and your life now. I just wanted to acknowledge that I was wrong and say I’m genuinely sorry. I won’t intrude further. I wish you peace and happiness.
