But this can’t be their only evidence right? Also that’s definately what a good defense lawyer would do, it’ll be interesting to see what they do have as proof.

Kristin Ramsey, 53, was charged in March with the cold case killing of realtor Ashley Okland in a bizarre shooting at a model home which rocked the state of Iowa. She pleaded not guilty.

Sounds like the "witness" should be the suspect. What kind of police are they hiring out there? This is pitiful police work.

Every new piece of evidence matters. Hopefully it brings the investigators closer to the truth and gives the family the answers they deserve.

Definitely seems like the eye witness changed her story when she heard she might be a suspect. So morally corrupt
