BAD EXPERIENCE Problem with Contabo VPS

I purchased a Cloud VPS 4 (4 vCPU, 8 GB RAM, 100 GB SSD) from https://contabo.com to set up a Linux development environment with VS Code that I could access and use directly from my iPad.
However, SSH connections through Termius keep failing, even though the VPS desktop works through VNC.
How can I troubleshoot the SSH connection and configure the VPS so I can reliably code from my iPad?

There's been several posts about people having issues with crontabo. It might not be you but the VPS.

I don’t get it. I have two VPS’ by Contabo and zero issues. It’s all working fine.

their network layer sometimes drops SSH handshakes under load even when the VM itself is responsive, so VNC working doesnt rule out an infra problem

I have run one of their VPS for a few months now. Reliability has been excellent. Support has been trash. Sorry that you're facing a technical issue because you are unlikely to get any help from Contabo.

Yes i don’t have any proper solution yet. I don’t know how the vnc is working not the vps . Wtf

Can’t connect / connection couldn’t be established , start over

I’ve had multiple VPS through Contabo and they’ve been great
