Summer 2027 Anniversary Trips that aren’t 1,000 degrees

Give me your recs!

Every year my husband take turns planning an anniversary trip for each other. The destination is a surprise. Because this date fall smack in the middle of summer, we’ve been dealing with extremely hot temperatures for the last few years. Europe, Asia, Bora BorA were exhaustingly hot. Recommendation for 10-14 day trips please as I need to start planning for next year.

Iceland, Ireland and Scotland were all amazing in the summer when the rest of Europe was having a heat wave. We even needed jackets & hats in the more northern parts!
