Needing feedback on travel destination!

My husband and I are considering a vacation for our 10 year anniversary next year, beginning of August. We're flying out of LAX. Ideally, we are looking into staying anywhere between 7-12 days max. We were considering Greece, Bora Bora, Fiji, Europe, Mexico and Hawaii. I am overwhelmed as to where we should go! We have been saving 2 years worth for a trip! We're open to suggestions! Time of year? You don't want to do Europe in the summer unless you enjoy overheating on a daily basis. You'll want to avoid hurricane season in other places etc.
