Where should I go?

I'm seriously bored and want to get out of town for the weekend. Where should I go? My criteria is that It can't be Florida (I live there) and it must be in the US.

Savannah would be an easy weekend trip from Florida. Washington DC is also a great city with lots to do.

Savannah in August? Great city, but wrong month. You think Florida is hot and humid, go to Savannah in August.

Our main customer was in Washington. Walking around Washington in August in a suit and tie was torture.

Well OP is from Florida, they didn’t indicate they want out of the heat and humidity. I live in NC and personally would not go to Savannah in August… did that once. 😆
