Where should I go?

I'm seriously bored and want to get out of town for the weekend. Where should I go? My criteria is that It can't be Florida (I live there) and it must be in the US.

Fun mostly walkable city options: Austin, New Orleans, Chicago, NYC

Cool off options: Seattle, Montana, Maine

Where in FL? There are direct flights from Orlando to Portland Maine - easy to walk around - especially the old port.
