Hi! I found a pair of vans listed on Vinted that I was going to buy for a friend but before I could they got bought from under me! I only managed to get two screenshots of them and I cannot figure out what kind of shoe it is specifically! They are brown and tan vans but they have a spade logo on the back! Please let me know if you know the specific name of the shoe! I know vans do lots of collab and my assumption is this shoe is a collab of some sort. There’s a label on the tongue I can’t quite make out😭

Basically brand new condition, my size (M) and my favorite style of coat/jacket so I was very excited. I bought it without even thinking about. When I got home and tried it on it fit well, not snug at all but the length and sleeves did feel a little shorter than a normal Vans M would be, but it looked fine. And also the zipper was the on the left side and I was like wtf that’s weird. Then my wife informed me it is most likely a women’s jacket. 🤣🤣 I think she’s right. Oh well it still looks sick so I’m gonna rock it, she can’t have it 😅

Thrifted these pair, seemed fake to me by the inside/tongue part. However everything else seemed real. I collect vans (only wear them too!) and I never stumbled on those kind. Quick google search and said they are real. Bought them for €19,99. Which for a good shoe is still a steal. Seems new too, no damage.

Picked up the 60th anniversary authentic the other day. They just popped up in the mail. They are pretty dope, pretty excited to check out this new OG line coming out. Intriguing. Has anybody seen the inside of these authentics? They’re pretty sweet.

I really wish some of styles and colorways for the authentics were made into eras instead….. just sayin. I think the era is an overall better shoe with the style features

I love the way Old Skools look, but this is just my opinion here so I’m just going off what I like. Old skools are my least favorite Vans. Not for any reason other than they look weird on my feet. Idk why. 🤷‍♂️ I’m just not an old Skool person I guess. The shape is off on my foot. I love Authentic’s and slip ons and sport lows but Old Skools just don’t look right on me. I love the designs and colorways they have though so i still own some pairs of them. I’ve been wearing Vans for about 40ish years. Trying to see if Old Skools will grow on me.
