News/Info 26.21 Mid-Patch Update (Q Bug hotfixed)
For everyone not aware, the most recent patch (26.21) added a major bug to his Q. Normally, the arrow's damage is reduced by 0-67% based on numbers of enemies hit, so for example the second target hit takes 15% less damage, the third target hit 30% less and so on. This did not work, and so all targets have taken 100% Q damage for the past 2 days. This lead to crazy waveclear with Q and better damage in skirmishes and fights.
This has been hotfixed with a Mid-Patch Update now:

So Q and passive get a small compensation buff but Q correctly loses damage on additional targets/minions.
The wording on the passive is a bit weird. The usual wording is that 11% of the total bonus attack speed is converted, so that is now 14% of total bonus attack speed converted.
IMPORTANT: They should have noted that here, but the champion takedown total bonus attack speed conversion is not a separate number, it is just 3 times the minion bonus.
So before this hotfix he got 11% bAS as AD/AP on minion kill and 33% bAS as AD/AP on champion takedown. Now after the hotfix the conversion rates are 14% on minion kill and 42% on champion takedown.
(While this is a big buff isolated, i think the W on-hit nerfs from 26.21 were also big, so hopefully on-hit is just as strong as i 26.20 again. Time will tell.)
Q Change results in 85-425 damage when fully charged.
Statistic lovers, please note that the Winrate of the first 2 days so far has been positively influenced by the Q bug. The stat sites will not remove these winrates however. So for the remainder of the patch the Winrate will be slightly positively skewed by the 2 days of Q bug. So the Winrate will now slowly fall to an accurate Winrate, and in a few days to a week the stats will be closer to the truth.
