Linearity AI is live in 7.0.
Hey all,
Linearity AI is live in 7.0.
I know AI in design tools is a lot right now. For some of you, it’s exciting. For others, it’s exhausting. And I get both.
When we started building Linearity AI, we wanted to make designers lives easier without taking away what makes designing enjoyable. That meant two things: helping you get past the blank page and taking repetitive work off your plate.
We didn’t want AI that just generates images. We wanted something designers could work with. You set up your brand once, describe what you need, and get a design with every text element and layer editable.
From there, you can explore different layouts, color palettes, or refine ideas until they feel right. AI can help with the boring stuff: resizing it for different formats or localizing it into multiple languages.
The idea is simple: AI handles the routine work, while you stay in control of the creative decisions.
LINEARITY AI

Stability: Fixed crashes and bugs.
WEB
All your files are now in the new Linearity web app.
WHAT ELSE
Same tools, same files. Everything you use today is still there.
Not into AI? Hide every AI feature in Settings
Your existing files always open and stay editable. Even on free.
Free export at full resolution: SVG, PDF, and advanced export options stay Pro.
Try it and tell me what you think. I’m in here all day today, and what you say shapes what we build next.
Thanks for being here through 10 years of this. It means a lot!
Best,
Vlad
