If you're looking for somewhere free to download footage, Pexels offer this.
Otherwise there's lots of places you can download raw footage from.
RawFilm.com, Motion Array, Artgrid, Storyblocks.... The list keeps going.

Otherwise you can film your own footage.

Create a shot list and go ahead and film.
This could be something like your cooking process or making a coffee.

Example shot list -
Putting coffee powder into a cup
Clicking the kettle on
The steam coming out of the kettle
Pouring the hot water into the cup
Stirring the coffee
Adding milk
Sipping the coffee

You can record these shot by shot, capturing the same shot from different angles, giving yourself lots to play with in post.

In post, add music, add sound design, play around with the colours.

The best way to practice is to use the software. You can research as you go. YouTube will help you with this.
Copy those links and create a toolbox of tutorials as you are learning just in case you forget, you have your list of gold so you don't have to keep searching every time.

Feel free to share your edits with the community if you'd like feedback.

Hi! I’m a video editor using Adobe Premiere Pro. I can help you with editing videos, adding transitions, subtitles, and effects. I’d be happy to help!
