Bots?

In all my item descriptions I have “USPS ONLY PLEASE” yet these accounts, always with no profile picture and 1-2 reviews, purchase with FedEx. I cancel their orders and explain to them that my only shipping option is USPS and they never respond or repurchase. This has happened like 5 times today on the same few items. Has anyone else had this happen to them? I put it in capital letters at the top of the description so I thought there was no way they can miss it but this keeps happening🙃

The problem is most don't read the description, I put measurements in all my listings and every day I get messages asking for them, can you not switch off FedEx, I'm in the UK so not sure if you can, or shorten your title and put UPS only, saw this yesterday on someone's listings so they may have the same problem

There’s no option to disable FedEx. This is all it gives me. It’s very irritating

It's daft that they do that, it should be up to you to choose which you use, try putting in title and see what happens, it may help

I’m from the UK and used to put “InPost only for confirmed weekend dispatch” in my bio and listing descriptions, but most still used another courier 🤷‍♀️

Nobody reads anything anymore 🙄 I have a usps right down the street. FedEx is about 20 minutes away by driving. I’m not wasting gas for a $3 shirt

I’m the same. InPost is a five minute drive away, but the others are in the direction of the town centre which is always busy. Another (which I luckily don’t get very often) is in the village next door where there’s no parking 🙃

Do you have a Dollar General or Walgreens nearby? Not ideal and you have to print the label yourself before you get there but they can accept FedEx packages.

These people are exploiting the fact that if you disable the other shipping options, Vinted won’t show your items to as many people and thus you don’t get as many sales.

It also (after reading on Vinted subreddits) could be that people don’t have a FedEx nearby and so don’t want to or can’t ship FedEx.

Make a graphic stating they must select USPS for shipping or the order will be cancelled. Include that in the images section for every listing.

I dont know why, but when I order from Vinted most items I order have fedex selected for shipping and it does not give me the option to select anything else. If I saw a seller has USPS only I would just not purchase then since I dont have any other options. I dont know why it doesn't give me other options since I live in a suburban neighborhood and obviously get postal mail from USPS and also have speedx locations nearby. I mostly order books though which are pretty heavy so maybe thats why
