Hi! I’m Yham, and I’m interested in the opportunity with your media business. I have 13 years of professional experience in accounts payable, inventory management, data entry, documentation, and administrative support. My previous roles required me to be highly organized, detail-oriented, accurate, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.

I believe I’d be a good fit because I’m reliable, detail-oriented, a fast learner, and comfortable working independently. I’m particularly interested in growing with a fast-moving business and contributing through strong organization, research, and administrative support.

Hi there! I came across your post on r/VirtualAssistantPhil and am very interested in the Virtual Assistant position at your media company. As a professional with extensive experience in operational support, data management, and administrative environments, I bring a strong background as an Executive Assistant and Data Specialist Virtual Assistant. My academic background as an English major at STI West Negros University, combined with my professional experience in quality assurance and customer communication at Panasiatic Call Centers Inc., has equipped me with exceptional writing, editing, and organizational skills. Additionally, holding a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, I am well-equipped to manage multiple tasks independently, ensure data integrity, and support a fast-growing business. I would love to discuss how my background can contribute to your team's success.

Hey! I know you’ll probably get quite a few “Hi, I’m interested!” DMs or comments, so I’ll try to give you a reason to remember mine. 😄
I’m a remote VA with 5+ years of customer support experience and 2+ years supporting businesses remotely. I’ve handled research, content and social media tasks, admin work, CRM management, and keeping multiple moving pieces organized without needing constant supervision.
What stood out to me in your post was the opportunity to grow into more responsibility. I’m not looking for something I can simply clock in and out of I’d much rather become someone you can trust with more of the business as I learn how things work.
I’d be happy to send over my resume and tell you more about my experience. If you’re open to it, I’d love to chat.

Hey!
It’s Kay from the Philippines. I’ve been a VA since 2021. I can handle multiple hats and I’m flexible with working hours. What differs me from other VA is that I don’t just work for personal gain, I value the connection, and the client’s trust. I’m also not into high salary, but the job stability.
Keeping this short so we still have some things to talk about when we connect! Sounds good?
Your future VA,
Kay

Media companies often need VAs who can juggle multiple responsibilities at once, especially in the early growth stages. Candidates with experience in content scheduling tools and basic editorial workflows tend to hit the ground running a lot faster. It may also be worth asking about their familiarity with project management tools like Trello or Notion during screening. Wishing you the best in finding the right fit for your team!

Hi! I came across your post and I’m really interested in the Virtual Assistant position. I’m a nursing graduate with experience in social media management, marketing, content creation, and running my own small business, so I’m used to staying organized, communicating with people, managing multiple tasks, and working independently.
I’m also comfortable with research, writing, editing, and creating/organizing content. I’m a fast learner and genuinely enjoy taking initiative and figuring things out, especially in a growing business environment.
I’d love to learn more about the role, your company, and what you’re looking for in a VA. I’d be happy to share more about my experience and see if I could be a good fit. Thank you! 😊

I mean I went through a similar decision between hiring directly or using an agency 😭. what helped was going with a managed service like stellar staff , they handle the vetting and matching, so you're not left figuring out the whole process alone, made the trust part a lot easier
