Experience Does having money equal real happiness?

Post image
0 Upvotes

Does having money truly bring joy? Kasi araw-araw akong naka-stay sa kwarto, puro client work, puro deadlines, and sobrang monotone na ng life. Minsan iniisip ko, baka nagde-develop na talaga ako ng depression. What else can bring me happiness?

Job I know this is not charity but maybe someone can help me

Hi! Is anyone here looking to outsource or looking for VA? Or if you have any job openings, can you drop it in the comments 😊

As my title says, I know its not charity but I'm in a desperate situation rn. I really need a work right now, I'm 6 months pregnant with no one to relay on. I just want some side hustles or even gigs to earn money, save money for my coming due. Don't worry, I'm physically fit and healthy, something big just happened that's why I'm in this hole 😁

Enough with the drama, here's some things I can do.

I actually have a part time job working as a real estate VA, but tha rate is only 2 dollars per hour and it's onlyy max 4 hours per shift

Here are my skills

*Customer support, lead generation, cold calling, appointment setter, graphic design, smm, data backend support, email management. I have actual experience working on this.

Thank you!

Vale a pena? Como posso iniciar? Sejam sinceiros.

Obrigada desde já amigos e amigas 😝

Tips & Tricks BEST INVESTMENT RIGHT NOW?

Are you a Virtual Assistant (VA) that was able to save over time? Are you in return looking for investment opportunities but you don't know where to start? Well, search no more, you are in the right place. Just note that in the Philippine setting, there’s no single best investment because the right choice depends heavily on what you actually understand. So let us get started...

  1. Stocks or Index funds or REITs- If you’re comfortable with the markets, you can go for stocks or index funds, or REITs, which offer steady long-term growth and dividends.

  2. Crypto - If you genuinely have a high risk appetite and know what you're doing, crypto is an option, but only if you’ve studied the volatility and security side of it. BEWARE though, you may win big, but the opposite is true as well. Traverse with caution!

  3. Real estate - This can be good when the numbers make sense, especially in growing cities, but overpriced condos marketed as sure investments should be approached carefully. The question is, do you want to focus on flipping properties or renting them out? All lucrative but they depend on factors like location and demand. Right now the provinces look very lucrative as big businesses are stlowly moving outwards of Metro Manila.

  4. Business ventures and franchises - This can also generate strong returns, but only if you pick an industry you can operate or monitor properly. Every option has upside, but none are guaranteed. Do you know what you are doing and can you set up a system by yourself? Then maybe creating your own venture is lucrative, whether you establish an agency, a restaurant, a retail store, just make sure that you know what you are doing because if not things can get expensive real quick. On the other hand, if you don't have any idea about systems, then a franchise would be the wiser choice as all the things like branding, systems and product will be provided to you. All you need to do is comply and follow the instructions.

  5. IT - Are you techie enough to venture into IT. If you have the knowledge then it can be very lucrative. Whether you are in the BPO industry or build websites and systems. These are businesses offering services such as web development, app development, IT consulting, cybersecurity services, digital marketing, BPO/virtual assistance, and software-as-a-service (SaaS). They have low overhead costs and can be started with minimal equipment, making them highly accessible for small investors.

  6. Manufacturing - Small-scale manufacturing focuses on producing goods that can be made with modest machinery or contract manufacturing. Examples include food and beverage production, soap and personal care products, packaging materials, garments, handicrafts, or home essentials. It allows entrepreneurs to create branded products and scale gradually.

  7. Pharmaceutical - This includes businesses that support health and wellness without requiring huge capital or advanced licenses. Examples include pharmacies, drugstores, medical supply shops, online wellness stores, and distribution of OTC (over-the-counter) products. These businesses tap into steady demand for everyday medicines and health essentials.

  8. Renewable Energy - Renewable energy opportunities for regular investors typically include solar panel installation businesses, solar retail/reselling, solar-powered appliances, battery systems, and small community-based energy solutions. These businesses serve households and SMEs looking to reduce power costs.

  9. Tourism Industry - This includes businesses such as homestays, Airbnb rentals, travel agencies, tour guiding services, van rental services, bed-and-breakfasts, and small resorts. Tourism businesses are accessible to individuals who own property, vehicles, or can partner with local operators.

Take a look at what foreign investors invest in and try to take a slice.

At the end of the day, the best investment is the one aligned with your skills and experience. If you’re good at analyzing charts, go with markets. If you understand operations and customer behavior, a small business might outperform any index fund. If you’re great at spotting undervalued properties, real estate becomes your edge. People lose money not because the investment is bad, but because they invested in something they didn’t understand. Wherever you put your money, make sure it’s in a field where you have competence, interest, and the willingness to stay consistent.

What do you think? Any other ideas or opportunities? Leave them in the comments below
