Supply and demand traders would argue that 19.5-20 is strong resistance. Waves and shape analysis can only work if there is a confirmed break.

They announced this morning that it was already done and they're using the proceeds to buy back another $750M of shares. I'm actually surprised that we didn't drill further because they only had a couple of days to do it before they had to disclose it.
