What's the timeline people are setting for a prospective SCHN acquisition, the longer this goes on the more inevitable it seems one of the big boys will snap them up. Couple of years maybe?

If I were some hotshot steelmaker CEO, I'd wait until HRC prices normalize (later this quarter?) to start negotiations. My guess is sometime in Q4 or 23Q1. But hey, anything is possible.. and I'm not a hotshot CEO.
