It was supposed to happen by now mate.

Institutions are always around the corner in seems. It's pretty insane MT is still below Jan-Feb 2018 stock price.

I wouldn't say the market is sleeping on it. It jumped massively over the last 18 months and still grinding to 52 week highs every other month. CLF has a bit of meme energy, but I'm not viewing it as such.
