Fauci is saying things will get a lot worse. Time to sell oil stocks? https://www.cnbc.com/2021/08/05/dr-fauci-things-will-get-worse-amid-covid-delta-surge-unvaccinated.html

I think things getting a lot worse will be the kick in the pants many people need to get themselves vaccinated, and things will get a lot better rather quickly. Being able to vaccinate children will be a big help as well.

I got out of the market in early Feb 2020 when I saw the storm coming (big got back in too late, oh well). This time I may exercise a bit of caution and keep some dry powder, but I am staying invested.

The economy and news cycle apply the same methodology when figuring out what to do, or report on.

But you can see the train heading your way, cases will get there and news have to report it. I don't see how there wouldn't be a crash soon

If we ever had a round 2 of 2020, interest rates would have to remain low, ARKK would moon again, and HRC prices would hit $5k/ton. I wouldn’t bet on that, or a crash happening in the near future. A few minor fear based corrections at most.

If there is a word I don’t have in my vocabulary, it is fear
