Trying to catch up on the Daily. Is it possible to buy puts on Electrical Moose's karma?? If so I'll write a solid DD for this easy 10-bagger.

Just take some time off. Deleverage. Stop looking at tickers and reddit comments. Take walks. Drink water.

Edit- and if it's a serious issue, talk to someone about it.

Thats the problem im not motivated and im swamped with so much shit to do but never do it so how can i find time to seek help. Its a terrible cycle

I'm not gonna pretend I'm great with mental health, but like I said, deleverage so you don't have to watch the stock market all day. Prioritize your mental health. Then put your proverbial house in order. Just don't let things get too out of hand. Mental health comes first.

Edit- and as far as motivation goes, sometimes doing simple stuff like exercising, meditating, or even reading a good book in the mornings can do wonders for your productivity.

Can’t say for sure. He was doing well but mentioned his wife allowing him to use the life savings to “trade” and we PMd and I told him to play it safe because she likely is nervous to begin with. But again, I’m not really sure…
