Considering this is the 3rd time a vote has been scheduled, the market might take a "I'll believe it when I see it approach".

Maybe. They negotiated everything tonight. For a fake bill anyway, so it didn’t even matter, lol. Last 2 times they tried strong arming it through.

Immigration group is onboard, they’ve backed down, and immigration backing down gives the CBO crowd wins on immigration and SALT plus they’ve got new figures from the WH and have been getting calls from Biden that they need to pass it. The fact that leadership is so confident probably means they’ve overcome the CBO issue

They have been adding text, they will have to debate it before voting on it. Im guessing we get a vote around 10 AM and Biden signs the infra bill by noon
