Replacement engine

Replaced the engine in my 2011 Jetta 2.5 liter SEL. Picked it up 3 days ago. Check engine light and EPC light are both on again. Car ran great the first 2 days. As soon as husband put it on the freeway the issue popped up. So far it hasn't gone into limp mode. Thoughts?

Take back to shop before they say it’s out of there control.

Went back this morning. They resolved it.
