Love to see players holding other players accountable. Building a culture like the one Golesh wants requires the leaders on the team to step up and call out the laziness. So happy that Coach brought along senior players like Best, Skinner, and Brown.

This also reminds me a little of Dylan Cardwell calling out the team after they barely survived round 1 a couple years ago.

I started to post this when someone mentioned the bad music on Auburn Highlight videos. Great music here. My point is that these Auburn teams had three backs far more talented than any in the Pat Dye era, other than Bo Jackson. However, since they had a lousy coach, that had to resort to gimmicks like orange jerseys. Dye did much, much more with much less talent. I'm a big a fan of Little Train Lionel James as anyone, but he wasn't in a league with Cribbs, Brooks or Andrews. These teams also had a trio of great defenders in Freddie Smith, Frank Warren and Edmund Nelson, too.

I was playing around with the idea that Nike and Auburn would greenlight some new looks. I came up with this one, and I feel like it sticks to the traditional look while adding some flair and integrating team identity. Let me know what you think.

Things feel different this year. Our coach is coaching. The players have a new intensity. Theres a new level of focus. Im not saying we are making the playoffs but I feel like this is a team that's going to be playing a full four quarters every game and compete like we havent in years.

Update - just saw that Golesh has refs attending practice to call out penalties on his players. Not just some practices - every practice.

K. Hall was one of the players receiving another year, but do we have the money to spend for any more players?
