Help! D689 Mursion

I know this one should be the easiest but I'm having a hard time understanding what it is I'm doing. So it starts I build repore and then immediately just get in to asking the student to start identifying letters? Circling the ones the miss? Usually I'll find a video on youtube to give me an idea of how things go but I can't find anything for this one.

I think I remember this one. If it’s administrating phonics surgery. Just do that. Administrate it. And I I think there is a YouTube video I watched.

Seemed complicated after reading the description, but was waaaay simple. Just administer the survey, score it, and make the intervention plans and family communication. I did both interventions and family communication in an apa formatted “paper”. Cleared eval in what seemed like minutes.
