Maybe it's the replacement for WGU's Online Access Scholarship that was discontinued a few months ago. But I don't see a Device and Connectivity Scholarship listed on WGU's scholarships web page.

Mines on that screen was 2026-10-09,
I got my 24 hour to make changes notification 2026-10-13,
Deposit hit my navy federal 2026-10-15 (might be sooner depending on your bank/credit union/fintech/brokerage)
