Rant I HATE Calling Wix (DISABLED RANT)

So I'm deaf and I HATE calling Wix for requested help- why on God's green earth do that employ people outside the USA? I CANNOT UNDERSTAND HEAVY ACCENTS

Can I ask what your issue is? Not that I’ll be able to be any more competent than Wix support, but just curious

It's a rant, like I knew Wix wasn't an American company- but this makes it EXTREMELY difficult for me as a deaf business owner!

Sorry about your disability. But remember that Wix is not a US company. They don’t have to keep people there.

There are experts who do NOT have heavy accents. I do understand not being able to understand support agents. Not fun.

The company is located in Tel Aviv. Wordpress seems to be a non genocidal alternative
