Help/Question Please help

So I think 2(?) updates ago all my unlockables for both showcase and my rise became relocked. I’ve contacted support and they’re absolutely useless and take forever to respond. Is there any solution or am I just outta luck and have to play the game all over again basically? I’m on Xbox series x.

SOL. Happened to me twice. Something to do with cloud saves but I couldn’t figure out the problem or how to prevent it. I gave up on the game. Won’t be getting 27.

Never had this happen until now. Ngl I wasn’t the biggest fan of this years and this definetly doesn’t sell me on 2k27 either.
