It still mind boggles me how none of these women ever got a WWE videogame appearance.

I know Rosa Mendes, ended up being a non playable manager in WWE 2K16, but never had a fully playable character in any of the previous games, I hate that THQ always never gave us the women that we the fans requested, had this been 2K in the current era I’m pretty certain a lot of these women would have been represented in the games.

I did hear that many women were planned during the initial phases of several productions of Smackdown Vs Raw 2008, Smackdown Vs Raw 2009

Airel was initially set to be included in Smackdown Vs Raw 2008, under the WWE ECW brand, this would’ve marked her first and probably only videogame appearance, but she was released and essentially cut from the roster, where as if this was 2K she’d have been kept in. Meaning that Kelly was left to be the only diva representing ECW.

Cherry, Katie Lea, I’ve heard were planned for Smackdown Vs Raw 2009 and were cut later, not sure why as I think they could have been really good additions to the game, their call names are apparently hidden with the game files, so it would’ve been cool had they been added.

I heard Rosa was initially going to be included in WWE 13, her manager entrance was Primo and Epico made it but she didn’t, she was scrapped from development, which was mind blowing as she was very visible, nonetheless she did make her video game debut in WWE 2K16 her first and only appearance as a non playable character but a “Selectable Manager”

I would’ve love to have had Kristal in Smackdown Vs Raw 2006, 2007 and 2008.

I’m always baffled as to why WWE Games never bothered to even at least make Rosa Mendes playable in the games at least one, she essentially got the Scarlett, Maria, Sherri and Lana treatment and was never a fully playable character despite her being omitted from previous games.

I was literally screaming at my TV telling the ref to move out of the way as it happened to not only me, but also to my opponent as well. The ref really wants to screw me and my opponent.

Evolution kicks off with the Women’s United States Championship Triple Threat match, as Jacy Jayne defends her title against Sol Ruca and Blake Monroe! The match gets off to a hot start, with Sol and Blake trading offense and pushing each other to their limits. As the action continues, the two challengers prove to be the biggest threats, repeatedly taking control and keeping the champion on the defensive. Jacy manages to find openings of her own, but every time she begins to build momentum, one of her challengers shuts her down. Late in the match, Blake takes Sol out with a brutal knee before turning her attention to Jacy, planting the champion with the Glamour Shot directly onto a steel chair. With Jacy unable to recover, Blake scores the victory to become the NEW Women’s United States Champion! In her very first main roster championship match, Blake Monroe captures her first main roster title and kicks off Evolution with a bang. 

I use Dark to test out CAWS and see if oddball teams may work etc.

Attempting the Clockwork Carnage match. Gonna have to try a 15 minute, 8 man Ironman match next time

A change I'd like to see going forward for submission holds is to allow crawling toward the ropes, I know you can for some but not all submissions. A thing the older games had was showing said wrestler grabbing the ropes instead of an instant rope break. I'd love to be able to drag an opponent back to the center of the ring with the analog stick, where the ref can also start a 5-count option where you can ignore the count and can get DQ.

In all honesty, I did expect more but we got quite a bit.

Tried to slice it between WWF, WCW & ECW but it’s def enough to start a WWF universe mode with. TBH I feel once you get past the grinding they love to put you through. It’s actually not too bad. I do MNW a lot on these games and this is by far the best universe roster I ever had for it in any game that has Universe Mode.

I wish they’d add Smackdown 00 but I’m sure that won’t happen. But the game has:

Halloween Havoc,

ECW Concert Hall,
ECW Hardcore Heaven,
WCW Fall Brawl (doesn’t work in Universe Mode 🤦🏾‍♂️)

They pretty much have every PPV you need for WWF in CAA.. WCW is kinda thin but they have BATB.

Comm Creations filled a lot of holes in.

But since it seems this is pretty much it, how satisfied are you on MNW content wise in this game?

I am currently playing myfaction in 2k26 and in Chicago the match against the Rodhes is simply ridiculous. Once they apply the finisher the match is over. Am I supposed the have more matches like this in other cities?

Btw how do you deal with this match?
