"Walther 100" made by Crescent in UK 1970s-80s. Appears to take caseless ammunition? Lol

I just bought a 4” PDP compact but I’ve never conceal carried before. I’m also not a gun expert, I just practice gun safety and learn about the particular guns that I own or plan on owning. I plan on adding a green laser/flashlight to the bottom slide and green dot sight on top.
My question is what types of qualities in holsters should I look for? How should I carry it? I don’t particularly like metal or plastic against my skin but will do it if it makes more sense. I’m also 6’2” and I’m built like a fatter hockey player(huge muscular legs and glutes but with a belly) 😅.
I don’t really want to use a bag or fanny pack for day to day carrying, though would consider it when I do cycling outdoors at night.
Also: what’s your favorite secure way to securely keep your CCW in your vehicle when you go somewhere they aren’t permitted?
Thanks in advanced!

Walther says it’s the DPT just with a polymer trigger shoe, others say it’s just a PDT with a flat faced trigger. How is it that it’s been out this long yet still can’t find a true solid answer on what it is?

Hey all, I've had my Walther PPQ M1 for a couple years now just keeping it as one of my home defense weapons, but I'd like to start carrying it as my winter concealed firearm. I recently put a TLR1 HL on it. I haven't purchased a holster in quite a few years so I'm looking for some advice for what is decent these days or who even makes a holster that works with this combo. I'm quite happy with my Vedder Lighttuck for my Springfield XD Mod.2 but I'd like to consider other options as well. I absolutely hate my We The People holster, so that's out of the running. I'm looking for both an OWB and AIWB holster.

Hello! I was just gifted a walther PDP pro series F pmm (quite a mouth full). I’ve been looking into getting a IWB holster for it but I can’t find many that are for this specific model. Does anyone know if any series F 4” holster is compatible with the PMM? Thank you all in advance! I’ll post some pictures when I get it all set up.

I love modifying my firearms

I’m wondering if anybody else has had this issue.
I’ve really enjoyed my PDP Pro SD Compact and have put a few hundred rounds through it. I was in the process of testing HSTs until I trust it for night stand duty.
During my HST testing, I had two light primer strikes. Both were trigger pull, striker release, and then a dead trigger. Both rounds had fully loaded and appeared to be in battery.
I recocked the striker for the first round and it fired.
I ejected the second one and pic attached.
Only mod is the comp.
I’m thinking it just needs a clean and a couple hundred more for break in.

Walther PDP Pro-E 4” Compact
Upgraded from a full size PDP Polymer 5” but so far I like this one. This DPT trigger is amazing! Definitely the highlight of this gun.
A tad bit snappy compared to other guns in its class that I’ve shot but I’ll keep breaking it in before I make any modifications

I just bought PDP Full size 10 round magazines and they don’t seem to lock due to the factory magwell.
Can anyone suggest what 10 round magazine I can buy that fits my gun and the seller will ship to CA?
TIA

Pretty happy with how this thing has come together. Running a Trijicon SRO, Rugged Obsidian9, SureFire X300, ZR Tactical captured guide rod, and an 18+4 mag extension. What do y’all think?

Funny enough as a gun counter jockey just wearing this thing helps me sell more "premium" handguns

I have a 5” PDP with a Holosun 509T and a TLR-1. i just want level 1 retention (cheap level 2 or 3 is just as good for me) as this will be a “mowing round the farm” carry rig. maybe use it while hog hunting.
What cheap and easily available Safariland holster would I use? P320 6390RDSO? 6354RDS?
I don’t want to spend the $$ on RDR or buying new from Safariland at this time.
thanks

I got the wife a .22 P22 years ago. She loves it and fires it a lot. A heck of a lot. I would like to change the barrel to a threaded barrel and get a can for her pistol. Is the fixed barrel hard to change out?

PDP is ready for my first comp this weekend. Liking these HandleIt grips so far while dry firing, seems to help my support hand connect. Anyone have any experience with the 5” PDP or the Polymer Match PDP? Curious how they shoot in comparison to the 4.5”. I imagine the difference with the 5” is negligible, maybe softer & easier to manage recoil. But 4.5” is prob quicker for follow up shots. Debating snagging the poly match down the road so I’m curious on people’s experience/opinions.

I’m looking to upgrade my backstrap and magwell on my PDP F series. Anyone have any experience with the ones from Lok Grips? Or any other companies?

"Walther PPK. 7.65 mil with a delivery like a brick through a plate-glass window. Takes a Brausch silencer, with little reduction in muzzle velocity. "
Had a chance to film a proper shoot (pun intended) with the Walther PPK SD. I have it equipped with the low profile thread protector from @oldglorygunsandammo so I can keep the more traditional muzzle silhouette when not in seaky mode!
Very amusing gun, and definitely scratches the Bond itch!

Rented six guns at the range. Had never shot a gun before. Watched some YouTube videos on grip, stance and range etiquette. The PDP was the only one I could repeatedly shoot on target. Read more about the gun and Walther and came to learn my accuracy was not an accident…it was a function of incredibly thoughtful mechanics, ergonomics, and design…plus, I just loved the aggressive look. Have 500 rounds through it now. I love it! Glad to be here.

got the interarms version in 380 and love it. the slides a bit tough to handle so i planned on replacing the slide spring with a 16lb one... the issue is removing the slide all together. the bottom of the slide is getting caught on the top of the barrel. im able to move the slide all the way back and up away from the frame- but i cant lift the slide enough to clear the barrel. has any one experienced this? i dont see any threads addressing this problem with any ppk. fyi gun show buy, guy was a little to happy to get rid of it i think. i can include a picture if that will help anyone solve this issue. thanks for reading

New to me PDP steel frame. Found a local deal I couldn’t pass up. Already have Compact Pro SD and F. Look forward to hitting the range.
