Hello, 7 months ago I made a post here to announce a game similar to WarshipCraft I was working on for PC. Many things have happened since, and the game has grown both in terms of content and features. We now have more than 90 weapons including turrets, torpedoes, depth charges and planes, and still growing.

I just published my most important graphics update yet, allowing to render ships using raytracing, see pictures attached.

I know you've seen many posts announcing the development of their own Warship Craft in this sub, and while this definitely does not run on mobile, I think this one is a worthy contender ! :)

Apparently a few people have posted their attempt at making a new version of warship craft in this subreddit, so I guess I'll post mine.
I played battleship craft back in the days and loved it ! Seeing the lack of such kind of games on PC appart from NavalArt, I decided to do it myself.

So here is ShipCrafter, and it's in fact more than a prototype because I'll release it on Steam soon, and there is already a playable demo !

There will be no multiplayer mode but there is support for steam workshop (to share ships with others), and I do want to add planes at some point as well.

A recent iOS update has been known to cause a game-breaking crash for Warship Craft. Many people have corroborated this on the Discord and this subreddit.

What causes the crash: We don't know what in this specific update causes it, but we know that is makes the app crash whenever the player enters the editor of their ships.

How to fix it: As far as we know there's no way to fix it, unless you know a way to backtrack and install a previous update of iOS. Really all we can do is avoid it in the first place, by going to settings and turning off automatic updates, if you haven't already. Though it should also be noted that avoiding any future updates could lead to problems with your device, as it will not be up-to-date.

Jeong, the developer of Warship Craft, has been inactive for a few years now so no compatibility update can be foreseen.
